
When I don't want to have coffee after 12pm but need to sharpen my focus, this is my go-to. The recommended dosage is 1 for a little brightness, 2 for a crisper focus and 3 if you want to plan a mission to Mars. I haven't found 2-3 to give me superpowers but I don't bonk out after having them the way I do with coffee or sugar (my after 2pm crutches!). They have libido and sleep formulations as well but I haven't tried them.
